| The homeowner had our parent company Monteiro Real Estate locate a home for our clients near the beaches or on the water. With the high prices of existing homes in Falmouth (Cape Cod area), they decided to remodel their own home in Falmouth to meet the extra space and amenities they would need for family and friends upon retiring. The addition consisted of a two car garage with a second story finished with a master bedroom suite with custom tiled shower, media and den area with white oak flooring.
