| The Jacuzzi Addition | ||||||||||||||||
| For this second story addition the home owner wanted to take advantage of the attic space adjacent to the bedroom. We razed the room and cantilevered the addition two extra feet to take advantage of the ocean views. When the project is completed we will have added an additional 450 square feet to the home with an entirely remodeled bathroom finished with marble floors, Jacuzzi and shower. | Five years later the Homeowner had us add to the existing home.
We built a two story addition attached to the home with a two car garage under. The
first floor has a Master bedroom suite with full bath, custom marble shower and soaking
tub. The floors are finished in marble with a custom stairway. The second floor is
a loft area with ocean views of Buzzards Bay and Fiddler's Cove Marina.
