Artist Studio |
| We made this existing one story bedroom
into a second story Art Studio with full access from inside the home. It is designed and
structured to tie into the existing home and make it look like it was always a part of the
original home. Since the house is over 40 years old, we had to analyze the existing homes
structure from the foundation to weight bearing wall on the first floor. Once we
determined which areas of the home needed to be reinforced and updated to the current
building code we where able to start construction without any difficulties when the roof
was razed. Please follow the different stages through construction and watch over the next
